Rhonda and I have been to Skiathos Four times within the last three years, last time Sept.2005. We have never missed going to Infinity Blue, as no matter where else we go, we love to return. We had our photo taken with the two 'lads' and we think the food is first class together with the service. We love to listen to tonight's 'speshull' and wait to hear "languishing on a bed of rice" So look out for us again boys in 2007, when no doubt we'll be back in Greece for christening No.3

We have been here every year since the restaurant has opened. Undoubtably the best restaurant in Skiathos. The food is excellent, the views spectacular and the service and staff first class. Highly recommended.

I went to Skiathos for a week last week and it was brilliant! i visited Infinity Blue FOUR times out of seven because it was so excellent!!! Everybody there, both men and women were brillaint and all tried hard with the english which was even better!!! Another plus was the fact that the waiters were just gorgeous!!! I fell in love with George, the blonde one and my friend Tamsin fell in love with Costas one of the owners!!! they both tried very well to try and make us feel welcome along with everyone else!!! I would definetly recomend this part of Greece and definetly this restaurant...we plan to go back next year too!!! So George or Costas if u read this please PLEASE get in touch adn some pictures of you cuz we loved you hehe xxx

Excellent food and wine although slightly expensive but well worth it. The welcome and service by all the staff was exceptional. I would certainly recommend you to try it if you are ever visiting Skiathos.

If you are going to Skiathos, you MUST eat at Infinity Blue at least once! The restaurant is in a beautiful setting overlloking Kolios Bay. The staff are very friendly and proffessional and the food is absolutely fab! You must try the 'beef stifado' - I had it 4 times when I stayed last year. It does get popular, so you do have to book, but it's worth it.
