We have visited Skiathos on 9 previous occasions and this turned out to be the best.

The apartment at Villa Leoni was superb, a large room, excellent bathroom, the best equipped kitchen we have ever had and a huge balcony with views to die for over Troulos Bay. We didn't need it but the apartment had air conditioning at no extra cost. The apartment was spotlessly clean and towels and bedding were changed every other day.

Our French host Jacqueline lives downstairs and was there if we needed her, not that we did, but her door was always open. She speaks excellent English and is a very pleasant lady who will be seeing us again thats for sure.

The short but steep road to the apartments from the main road is opposite bus stop 21 and a bus ride into Skiathos Town when the bus is full is an experience I would not miss. The nearest beach is Maratha (5 minutes walk) or Troulos Beach with its tavernas (5 minutes), both are excellent and safe for children.

If you have a car there is ample parking at the apartments. The supermarket is a short walk away but the Supermarket Koukounaries delivers if you don't want to carry your shopping.

If you are looking for excellent accomodation at a very resonable price in a beautifullly peaceful spot then look no further than VILLA LEONI.

I've had 8 long, hot summers staying at Villa Leoni and I'm going back for my 9th this May. The best studios on the island, for best views, beautiful clean rooms, quiet location on a hillside, and the nicest family owners you could meet.
